The purpose of this policy is to establish the Office of Workforce Development’s (OWD) approach to RESEA appointments to ensure successful completion. The document attachment addresses the process and procedures to follow in how the appointment is conducted and recorded in the case management system. This guidance applies to all RESEA appointments.
