OWD Issuance 02-2020: WIOA Dislocated Worker and Adult Work Experiences Policy

This Issuance is written to transmit the Office of Workforce Development’s (OWD) Guidance on Work Experiences for Adult and Dislocated Worker Participants in accordance with the rules and regulations of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (WIOA), the WIOA Final Rule, Training and Employment Guidance Letters (TEGLs) published by the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor (ETA), and policies of the Local Workforce Development Boards (LWDB). Updated March 15, 2022
