Weatherization Assistance
The Low-Income Weatherization Assistance Program (LIWAP) provides cost-effective energy-efficient home improvements to Missouri's low income households, especially the elderly, children, those with physical disadvantages, and others hit hardest by high utility costs. The program aims to lower utility bills and improve comfort while ensuring health and safety and is operated by the Division of Energy, (Department of Economic Development).
Workers’ Compensation
The Missouri Department of Labor website provides information to businesses and workers regarding compliance with disability compensation programs that provide wage replacement to workers who experience work-related injury or disease. The Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation makes sure that an injured worker receives benefits that he/she is entitled to under the Missouri Workers’ Compensation law.
