Training Assistance

Several training programs are available through Missouri Career Centers to assist job seekers gain the skills needed to get a job or start a new career. 

These training programs can help eligible job seekers who have been laid off, by providing funds to train at a college, university, or other educational facility.

Some of these funding sources include Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) and the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs.

Staff at Missouri Career Centers can assist you in determining your eligibility for assistance with the costs of  training through several available programs.
