Local Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs) are business-led, regional organizations whose mission is employment & training needs for businesses and for job seekers.

• There are 14 Workforce Regions in Missouri, which are led by a Local WIB
• County Local Elected Officials appoint members of Local WIBs
• Local WIBs are key regional partners for workforce needs
