Your business can post training orders through WorkReadyMissouri and select potential trainees referred by your local Missouri Career Center.

Program Features

• Businesses receive pre-screened qualified WorkReady trainees
• Participating businesses pay nothing - not even Workers’ Compensation*
• Trainees receive up to 6 weeks/144 hours of training (maximum of 24 hours per week) at your business
• Program results in ready-to-hire potential employees who have benefited from pre-employment training
