The Missouri Employer Committee (MEC) is a partnership between Missouri employers and the Division of Workforce Development (DWD), via local Missouri Career Centers.

Local MECs involve teams of volunteer employer representatives who serve as advisors to DWD to identify and address local employment challenges and workforce issues.

Local MECs may also offer seminars on topics of employer interest.  These seminars are reasonably priced and can be an excellent resource for information which is timely and useful. 

Local MECs are active through most, but not all, Missouri Career Centers. See sidebar for contact information.
